Our sod installation process begins by removing the existing lawn with a professional sod cutter. We then bring in fresh, nutrient-rich topsoil and complete the necessary finish grading to create a smooth, properly prepared surface for the new sod. Each piece of sod is installed in a staggered pattern to prevent seams from lining up or matching together, creating a stronger and more uniform finished lawn. We also overseed the newly installed sod using the same seed blend used to grow the sod at the sod farm. Once installation is complete, we thoroughly water the new sod to ensure it is properly hydrated, and we provide detailed aftercare and watering instructions to help the lawn establish a healthy root system.

We install appropriate drainage behind the wall, including clean drainage stone and perforated drain pipe when required, to help relieve hydrostatic pressure and protect the wall from water-related damage. The wall is built in properly compacted lifts with attention to setback, stability, and long-term durability. Once construction is complete, we backfill and grade the surrounding area, clean up the site, and ensure the finished retaining wall provides both structural support and an attractive addition to the landscape.

Outdoor kitchens can be customized with built-in grills, countertops, seating areas, appliances, storage, and other features to create a complete outdoor entertaining space. We pay close attention to proper drainage, structural support, utility placement, and durable materials to ensure the finished space is built to withstand St. Louis weather and everyday use. We install a variety of patio materials, including paver patios, concrete patios, brick patios, and natural flagstone patios, with each material offering its own unique appearance, style, and benefits. For paver patios, we carefully install individual pavers over a properly prepared base, using appropriate edge restraints and joint material to create a durable, long-lasting surface. Concrete patios are installed with proper forms, reinforcement when needed, control joints, and appropriate finishing techniques. Brick patios are carefully laid and aligned to create a classic, timeless appearance, while natural flagstone patios are individually placed and fitted to create a unique, natural-looking outdoor surface. Throughout the installation process, we pay close attention to proper grading, drainage, base preparation, material placement, and overall craftsmanship.
