The office accepts and files all PPO insurance plans and is currently in network with Ameritas, Aetna, SunLife, Humana, Guardian, UNUM, National Elevator, United Healthcare, Principal, MetLife, United Concordia, and GEHA. HMO and prepaid plans are not accepted.

The office is open Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. It is closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
