Emergency calls for no power, exposed wiring, or burnt outlets jump to the front of the line, often same-day when we are available. For non-emergency work in our core towns we typically schedule within two to five business days.

Every job gets a fixed-price scope written after a free walk-through. The cost of permits and inspections is included in that price and never billed back to you later.

Yes. Tyler Hopkins holds a Massachusetts Electrician License, and Hopkins Electric LLC is fully insured and bonded. We pull permits in the Electrician's name so the inspector knows who is accountable on every job.

Yes. Hopkins Electric is a Mass Save partner. Mini split installs and certain panel upgrades qualify for utility rebates, and we file the paperwork on your behalf so the rebate comes back from the utility.

Yes. As a Generac Certified Warranty Technician, the same shop sells, sizes, installs, and services the unit. The transfer switch is commissioned around the day the utility turns your meter back on.
