FAQs
Do you offer emergency HVAC service?
Yes. Service Right, LLC offers 24/7 emergency service, available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so you can call when the heat or the AC goes out at any hour. A service charge is applied for all emergency service requests.
Do you charge for estimates?
Yes. Service Right, LLC does not offer a free estimate, because the company must be compensated for its time any time a customer requests service. Upfront pricing is provided for each project. If the unit is not repairable, a free estimate for the replacement is submitted to the client.
