Do you offer emergency electrical service?
Yes, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. For lost power, sparking outlets, burning smells or any other electrical emergency, call (617) 888-1803 right away. Emergency calls are answered directly by the owner, and after hours emergency rates apply.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. Free written estimates are provided for residential and commercial projects. For larger commercial, industrial or public works projects a site visit may be scheduled before a formal bid. Estimates are detailed, itemized and firm.
Do you pull permits for your work?
Yes. Permits are pulled on all work that requires them under Massachusetts electrical code, and the whole permit process is handled for you, including filing, inspections and closeout.
Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. All labor and workmanship is warranted for 1 year from project completion on standard jobs, and 90 days on emergency service calls. Manufacturer equipment warranties are passed through to you.
