Yes. You can request a free quote online or a free in home estimate, and there is a quote form on the website where you enter the building type, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often you want service.
What are your hours?
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The company is closed on all federal holidays. If you contact the office after business hours, messages, mail, and voicemails are checked and returned as soon as possible.
How do I pay, and what methods do you accept?
Payment is due at the time of the service. Cash, personal checks, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. A cancellation less than 48 hours in advance, or being unable to enter the home at the time of cleaning, is charged a fee of half the cost of the scheduled cleaning. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance is charged a $100 fee.
Do you use eco friendly cleaning products?
Yes. The company is committed to cleaning with environmentally safe products that help reduce unnecessary and potentially harmful chemicals. Ask about them when you book.
How often can you clean my home?
Cleanings can be booked one time, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and inside appliance cleaning for the fridge and oven can be added to the request.
