A controlled, precise adjustment into a joint to improve range of motion, used for back pain, neck pain, postural correction, and restoring proper joint mechanics.

Soft tissue work

Full body manual therapy to relieve stiff, achy muscles and mobilize scar tissue, for athletes managing training load, desk workers with chronic tension, and anyone recovering from injury.

Injury assessment

Injury assessment

Orthopedic evaluation to identify the root cause of pain or dysfunction rather than just the symptom. No referral or imaging required to get started.

Therapeutic stretching

Therapeutic stretching

Targeted mobility work for restricted joints, designed to improve range of motion and support long term flexibility.

Cupping therapy

Cupping therapy

Targets the lower layer of fascia while increasing local circulation, commonly used to speed recovery, reduce muscle tightness, and support tissue healing.

Dr. Bell has a methodical, but intuitive approach to chiropractic work. It's obvious that her attention to detail stems from a thorough understanding of anatomy and a sincere desire to help and heal. With a packet in hand that outlines the work performed as well as preventative care through exercise, I absolutely recommend her services if you're seeking help.

Josh

As a local personal trainer and manual therapist there is no one I would rather refer my clients to when they need chiropractic services. Dr. Harmony Bell is thorough with her assessments, friendly and very knowledgeable in her approach to chiropractic medicine. Highly recommend!

Angel

Dr. Harmony Bell is incredible at her job. Being in the field of dentistry, I have severe neck and upper back pain. After 60 minutes with her I feel like a whole new person. She's able to release tension by massaging, stretching and adjusting each area. Absolutely love going to her and highly recommend for anyone who is looking for relief!

FAQs

Do you accept walk-ins?
No, the practice is appointment only. Being a solo practice means Dr. Bell can give each patient a full, unhurried session rather than working patients in around drop ins. Book online and a time will be confirmed with you.
How long is my first appointment?
Plan on about 60 minutes for a first visit. It includes a full health history, evaluation, and same day treatment, so you leave with a clear plan.
Do I need a referral or imaging before my first visit?
No referral or prior imaging such as an X-ray or MRI is required. Treatment begins on day one after the health history and evaluation.
Do you take my insurance?
The office does not accept insurance and works on an out of network basis. Invoices and other documentation for patient filed out of network reimbursement claims are available upon request. PPO and POS plans generally cover out of network providers, while HMO and EPO plans generally do not.
What payment methods do you accept?
All credit cards, HSA, FSA, and Apple Pay are accepted. Current pricing can be viewed on the online scheduler.
What conditions do you treat?
Dr. Bell treats a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including neck and back pain, TMJ disorders, migraines, disc herniations, frozen shoulder, and carpal tunnel. She also works with athletes on performance and injury prevention, including runners training for the Boston Marathon.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided to cancel an appointment. Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice will be charged in full for the service booked, and the policy applies to same day appointments as well.
Where is the office and where do I park?
The office is at 137 Newbury Street, 6th floor Suite 608, with the entrance right next to the Longchamp storefront.
