What is the 49-Point Checklist?
It is the cleaning standard MaidPro follows on most visits, covering living areas, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Before starting, the team asks which areas need the most attention, then works through the checklist for a consistent clean every time.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. As long as MaidPro has instructions and a way into your home, you do not need to be present for your cleaning appointment.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. The PROs arrive equipped with everything they need to clean your house or business, so you do not need to provide any supplies or equipment. Only animal safe and kid safe products are used.
What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
The PRO Clean Promise covers it. MaidPro Port St. Lucie will fix any oversight or misunderstanding with your clean as long as you notify the office within 24 hours of your cleaning appointment.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Let the office know a minimum of two business days before your appointment and the team will do its best to shift your schedule. Contact your local MaidPro directly to reschedule or cancel.
Do you offer carpet or window cleaning?
No. MaidPro Port St. Lucie offers the 49-Point Cleaning Checklist, add-ons such as oven and refrigerator cleaning, and a wide variety of other cleaning services, but carpet cleaning and window cleaning are not offered at this time.
