Two Kotch dentists in one practice

Dr. Ira Kotch, DMD, FAGD, FICOI, PA and Dr. Russell P. Kotch, DMD, FICOI both practice here, joined by Dr. Kelsey Hoehn-Saric, DMD, so general, cosmetic and implant care is handled inside the same Pembroke Pines office.

Implant training and fellowships

Dr. Ira Kotch received a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry in 1990 and a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists in 1999, and he is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute in Detroit, Michigan.

FAQs

Where is Kotch Dental located?
Our dental office is at 1 SW 129th Ave, Suite 302, Pembroke Pines, FL 33027. Call (954) 437-4443 with questions or to make an appointment.
What happens at my first visit?
Your initial appointment consists of a consultation with Dr. Ira Kotch or Dr. Russell Kotch explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally surgery can be performed the same day as the consultation, though a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment. Please bring your surgical referral slip and any x-rays if applicable, a completed patient registration form, a list of the medications you are presently taking, and your insurance forms. All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Do you work with dental insurance?
Yes. We work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, so please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation. We send a monthly statement, and most insurance companies respond within four to six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. We also work with the dental care financing services CareCredit and Citi Health. Payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance, and a monthly payment plan can be arranged prior to the actual procedure. Call (954) 437-4443 for more information.
Do you help patients who feel anxious about dental visits?
Yes. We keep patient information pages on dental anxiety and phobia and on nitrous oxide, and nitrous oxide is one of the services offered at our office. Our staff is committed to the highest standards of dentistry in a professional, caring and comfortable environment.
Do you place dental implants?
Yes. Dental implants are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel and function like natural teeth, so a person who has lost teeth regains the ability to eat virtually anything and can smile with confidence. Dr. Ira Kotch holds a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is a graduate of the Misch Implant Institute. Call our Pembroke Pines office at (954) 437-4443 to schedule a consultation.
Can I straighten my teeth at your office?
Yes. We provide Invisalign and clear braces along with orthodontic treatments, and Invisalign clear aligners is one of the options listed on our appointment request form.
How do I book an appointment?
Call our Pembroke Pines office at (954) 437-4443, complete the appointment request form on our site, or use our online booking system. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
