How does your design process work?
It starts with a get-acquainted phone call where the broad project scope and goal budgets are established. A proposal covering the design fee and deliverables follows. Next comes a virtual concept meeting with 3D renderings and line-item budget ranges, then a final meeting presenting the final plans and the construction proposal.
Is there a charge for the design work?
Yes. After the initial phone call the firm supplies a proposal outlining its fee for developing the designs and the deliverables provided through the process. If you wish to proceed, the design fee is invoiced and design work begins.
Do you maintain gardens after they are installed?
Yes. Maintenance offerings include regularly scheduled visits, seasonal annuals and container plantings, edible gardens, furniture care and winterization, cushion cleaning, power washing, plant health treatments, tree and shrub pruning, irrigation startups and shutdowns, and landscape lighting maintenance.
