What is included in a furnace maintenance visit?
As part of HVAC system maintenance we perform up to a 31-point furnace clean and check that includes a carbon monoxide test, cleaning burners, measuring gas pressure, ignition system inspection, heat exchanger inspection, blower motor operation check, cleaning external drains, and cleaning the manifold.
