If you are not satisfied with a new Bryant furnace or air conditioner within one year of purchase, Bryant will credit 100% of the purchase price toward a different unit. How often should HVAC equipment be serviced?
All Temp recommends having your air conditioner serviced every spring and your furnace inspected every fall before the heating season begins. Boilers should be serviced once a year, ideally in late summer or early fall.
