Lakeshore Dental Studio is a general and cosmetic dental practice on North Clark Street in Chicago. Dr. Kapil Kella and Dr. Suhrud Shah provide preventive care, restorative work such as crowns and dentures, root canals and extractions, teeth whitening, Invisalign clear aligners, and dental implants including All on Four, single tooth and snap in options. The office also treats children and offers anxiety free dentistry for nervous patients. Treatment is supported by CBCT 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, digital radiographs and an in house 3D printer. What dental services do you offer?

Do you take my dental insurance?
The practice is in-network with Aetna, Axis, BlueCross BlueShield, Carington, Cigna, Connection Dental, Dearborn National, DNOA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Zelis and Delta. Call the office to confirm how your specific plan applies.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
Uninsured patients can join the Lakeshore Smile Plan membership, which includes routine checkups and 25% off treatments, with some exclusions applying to cosmetic treatment.
Is there a new patient offer?
Yes. There is a $199 new patient special that includes an exam, a cleaning and x-rays. The offer is not valid for patients using insurance, it cannot be combined with other offers, and exclusions may apply in cases of periodontal disease.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The office offers short term in-house payment arrangements with no credit check required, plus third party financing through Proceed Finance, which advertises interest free for a year and terms up to 12 years.
Do you place dental implants?
Yes. The practice provides single tooth implants, snap in implants and All on Four implants, and Dr. Kella holds a Fellowship in Implantology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Mastership from the California Implant Institute.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday 7:30am to 1:30pm, Wednesday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Thursday 7:30am to 6:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 1:30pm. It is closed Saturday and Sunday.
