Do you accept my dental insurance?
We accept all insurances and children's insurances. Our team submits your claims, provides payment estimates and works to maximize your insurance benefits. For braces treatment we also accept the Medicaid card.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and we are closed Sunday. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hours vary, so please call (773) 327-6500 to confirm before you visit.
Do you see dental emergencies?

What does the new patient special include?
The adult new patient special is $139 and covers a comprehensive exam, treatment consultation, a full series of X-rays and a teeth cleaning when no gum disease is present. It is $100 without the cleaning, and the children's version is $89.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
We offer the Smiles Card program, a $100 a year membership that reduces service fees for patients without insurance. CareCredit financing with low to no interest monthly payment plans is also available, and we accept cash and credit cards.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Children's dentistry is one of our services, we accept children's insurances, and two-phase orthodontic treatment is available for younger patients who need early orthodontic care.
Do you offer braces and Invisalign?
Yes. Our orthodontic services include braces, ceramic braces, Invisalign, retainers and two-phase treatment. Orthodontic consultations are free and include a detailed treatment plan.
