Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. The cleaners bring everything required to complete the job correctly, and the rate you are quoted includes cleaning supplies and equipment.
Are the cleaners background checked?
Yes. All of the cleaning crew pass a strict selection process to be part of U HAVE IT MAID, and everyone is background and reference checked.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. It is completely your choice. If you prefer, you can leave a key or instructions on how to access your home and the team will take care of everything.
Do you require a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no long-term commitment. You choose when you need your home cleaned and can book as often or as rarely as you like.
What is your cancellation policy?
The team asks for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours is a $55 fee, and cancelling within 2 hours of the appointment is 50% of the cleaning cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
U HAVE IT MAID is a cash-free company and accepts credit card payments only. Payments are processed online after the service, and a card on file is required to secure your booking.
Can I get the same cleaning team every time?
The team believes it is very important to always send the same cleaners and does everything in its control to make that happen. If someone on your team is unavailable, they will do their best to find the most suitable replacement.
What cleaning services do you offer?
