Chicago Clean Home is a cleaning company based on North Southport Avenue in Chicago. The company says its job is two fold: leaving your space healthier as well as looking cleaner. Work covers residential and commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, post construction and renovation cleanup, office and common area cleaning, disinfectant service, building cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and tile and grout cleaning. All cleaning products are certified by Green Seal, EcoLogo, or another accredited organization, and the teams use color coded microfiber plus HEPA quality vacuums. Teams are insured and bring their own supplies.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No. The team brings everything it needs to do the job, including a vacuum cleaner, a step ladder if necessary, and mops.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?
In the interest of being environmentally friendly, Chicago Clean Home uses only green products with no harsh chemicals. All products are certified by Green Seal, EcoLogo, or another accredited organization.
Are your cleaning teams insured?
Yes. The teams are insured, and Chicago Clean Home can show proof of insurance at your request.
How many cleaners come to my home?
Depending on the size of the job, the company typically sends out two people per team.
What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is a more intense service. It takes twice as long as a standard cleaning and is a lot more thorough, which is why deep cleaning is suggested as a good start for a first cleaning service.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24 hour cancellation notice is required. If a cancellation comes in inside that 24 hour window, a 50 dollar fee is charged.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted. For your convenience, the teams may accept payment after your cleaning service.
What time will the cleaning team arrive?
Teams are given a two hour arrival window, because traffic, weather, and longer times at previous clients are not always within the company's control. Cleanings are typically booked in two hour increments.
