Elite Performance Chiropractic is a chiropractic and rehabilitation clinic at 750 N Orleans St in Chicago's River North neighborhood, with a second office in Elmhurst. The practice combines hands on treatment with targeted rehab to fix the root cause of pain rather than temporarily relieve it, working with patients on neck pain, low back pain, sciatica, shoulder pain, headaches, and sports or workout injuries. Care includes chiropractic adjustments guided by motion palpation, functional physical therapy, clinical massage therapy, Active Release Technique, the McKenzie Method, cupping therapy, dry needling, Normatec recovery, and nutritional supplementation. No prescription is needed for physical therapy at the clinic, and all of the doctors have passed the NBCE Physiotherapy board examination. Founder Dr. Patrick Malartsik leads a team of chiropractors, clinical massage therapists, and office staff who build individualized treatment plans around each patient's condition, movement, and goals. The offices are in network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem PPO plans and provide super bills for patients covered by other insurers. The Chicago clinic serves River North, Streeterville, Gold Coast, Old Town, West Loop, Lincoln Park, the Loop, and the Near North Side.

Why choose us?

Treatment aimed at the root cause

The clinic combines hands on treatment with targeted rehab to fix the root cause of your pain instead of temporarily relieving it, so the problem is less likely to keep coming back.

Chiropractic and rehab together

Adjustments are only one part of care. Soft tissue therapy, muscle work, mobility techniques, and rehabilitation exercises are part of the same plan, and no prescription is needed for physical therapy at the clinic.

Advanced training across the team

Dr. Patrick Malartsik is a certified Active Release Technique provider with McKenzie Method and Webster Technique credentials, Dr. Artie Monaco has Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and McKenzie training, and all of the doctors have passed the NBCE Physiotherapy board examination.

In network with BCBS and Anthem PPO

The practice is in network with all Blue Cross Blue Shield and Anthem PPO plans. It has chosen not to participate in other insurance networks, but will provide super bills so patients can seek reimbursement from their own providers.
