H&H Signature Renovations is an owner-led remodeling company working out of 1730 N Federal Hwy, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33460, and serving homeowners across Palm Beach County, including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington and Lake Worth Beach. The company was founded in 2018 by Tristan Dankert, who grew up around the trades with a father who worked as a contractor, and it describes itself as built on showing up, being honest and staying transparent with customers from start to finish. The work covers kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, tub-to-shower conversions, custom closets, built-in cabinetry and full-home renovations. H&H frames its approach around a single crew rather than a chain of handoffs. The company says most remodels go wrong in the gaps between the designer, the demo crew, the plumber and whoever installs the tile, so it keeps the project in-house and coordinates the trades that have to be coordinated. That means one number to call, one schedule and one standard of finish work from the first walkthrough to the last piece of trim. Design guidance is included rather than billed as an extra, and the team walks through layout, cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures and lighting with the homeowner instead of handing over a catalogue. Every project follows the same eight steps whether it is a single bathroom or the whole house: an in-home visit and measure, a written scope with a fixed estimate, selections finalized together, permitting and the approval packet the building, HOA or city requires, a scheduled demolition date with protection laid along the path the crew will use, rough-in and inspection before cabinetry is set, then finish work covering countertops, tile, fixtures, trim and paint, and finally a walkthrough together. The company says it does not call a job done until the homeowner does. H&H does not publish a price list, on the view that a published number would be fiction when cost depends on the size of the space, the materials and how much is changing structurally. Instead it offers a free in-home estimate with a written scope and a fixed number, and says it gives a realistic timeline at that estimate and tells homeowners when the schedule moves rather than letting them find out. The team is insured and operating in Palm Beach County and South Florida. On Google the company holds a 5.0 rating across 100 reviews, with homeowners describing professional and meticulous crews, thorough communication and clean job sites.
