How quickly can I be seen?
Elegant Smiles offers same day dentistry and states that if you call before noon you can be seen on the same day. Fillings, crowns and bridges, chipped or cracked tooth repair, extractions and teeth whitening are listed among the treatments that can be handled same day.
Do you take dental emergencies?
Yes. Emergency dentistry is one of the practice's services, and the office arranges same day emergency appointments when available. For a severe toothache the practice asks you to contact the office right away.
What does the new patient offer include?
The new patient offer is $199 and includes x-rays, a full exam, a professional cleaning and a digital 3D intraoral scan.
Do you accept my insurance?
Elegant Smiles accepts all major PPO insurance and is in network for all the major dental insurance companies, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, United Healthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. The published list is not complete, so call the office if your plan is not shown.
What if I do not have dental insurance?
The office runs the Blueprint Smiles membership plan. The adult tier is $325 per year and includes two regular exams, two adult cleanings, unlimited full mouth x-rays, unlimited emergency exams and two fluoride treatments, with a child tier at $250 per year and a periodontal tier at $699 per year. An activation fee is charged at signup.
How can I pay for treatment?
The practice accepts cash, checks and major credit cards, and offers CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry and in-house financing so treatment costs can be spread out.
Will I know the cost before you start?
Yes. Elegant Smiles discusses all expected costs prior to treatment and presents a comprehensive treatment plan with all prices before the dental work begins.
Do you treat children?
Yes. Children's dentistry is offered, and the practice recommends bringing a child in as soon as their first tooth appears, or by their first birthday at the latest.
