Do you service my area?
Clean Tu Casa services homes, offices, vacation rentals and production, TV and movie studios primarily in Cobb County, Fulton County and parts of Dekalb County. If you are outside those service areas, give the office a call at (404) 382-0470 - they may be able to help or refer you to another team within their network.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. Clean Tu Casa works to a 100% happiness guarantee. If a spot was missed, call the office at (404) 382-0470 within 24 hours of your appointment and the team will return to reclean the area of concern.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Yes. The company carries general liability insurance and all staff are insured and bonded. If you require proof of insurance, email info@cleantucasa.com and documentation will be provided.
Do you conduct background checks?
Yes. All employees are thoroughly screened and background checked, so you know the person in your home or office has been vetted before arriving.
What cleaning products and equipment do you use?
The team uses regular household cleaning agents including vinegar, dish soap, bathroom cleansers, all-purpose cleansers and furniture polish, plus an EPA registered disinfectant where needed. A steam mop with a detachable hand steamer is a team favorite for glass, stone, stainless steel and sealed floors. All supplies and equipment are included unless you have unique products you prefer.
How do I book an appointment?
There are two ways. Use any Get a Quote button on the Clean Tu Casa website to submit a request and the team will follow up with a price estimate and availability, or call (404) 382-0470 to talk it through and get a quote. On-site estimates are not required unless you request one.
When do I pay for the service?
A credit card is required at the time of reservation. The card is kept on file and charged after each service is completed. Active customers can also log into the client hub to pay online.
What if I have to skip or cancel my service?
Please give 2 business days notice to reschedule or cancel so the team can keep its staff on schedule. A $40 cancellation fee applies if notice is given less than 2 business days ahead.
