Do you take my health insurance, and how can I pay?
Our office is out-of-network with all health insurance companies. We provide Superbills so you can seek reimbursement from your insurer, and we accept HSA/FSA cards as well as all major credit and debit cards.

What happens on my first visit?
Your first visit includes a detailed 45-minute assessment, with a full-body exam focused on posture, movement, and neurological integrity. From there we build a care plan tailored to your lifestyle and goals rather than a preset number of visits.
What techniques do you use?
We use spinal and extremity adjustments, fascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, IASTM for adhesions and scar tissue, and kinesio taping to support recovery.
What kinds of problems do you help with?
We commonly help with low back pain and sciatica, neck pain and tech-neck, headaches and migraines, shoulder, knee and joint dysfunction, nerve issues such as numbness and tingling, and postural fatigue and tension.
How long are massage sessions?
When you book a 90-minute or 2-hour massage session you get every minute of it on the table. Intake happens beforehand, so the session begins with the first touch and flows uninterrupted.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice. A $50 fee is charged for any missed chiropractic adjustment appointment without prior notice. For massage, no-shows are charged at half the session cost.
