Where is the office located?
Ansley Chiropractic Associates is at 1544 Piedmont Ave NE, Suite 109, Atlanta, GA 30324. The office is inside Ansley Mall at the intersection of Piedmont Ave and Monroe Drive in the Ansley and Midtown area, directly adjacent to the LA Fitness. The closest parking is in front of either Starbucks or CVS, then walk down the hall to Suite 109.
What are the office hours?
Dr. Knight sees patients Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and again in the afternoon, and Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are requested during all office hours. Walk-ins are only accepted on an emergency basis. You can call the office at (404) 745-9877 or use the appointment request option on the practice website, and a member of the staff will follow up with you directly.
What insurance do you accept?
Insurances accepted include Ambetter, United Healthcare, UMR, First Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Aetna, Medicare, Multiplan, and more. The practice is not in-network for Medicaid. What happens on my first visit?
A first visit begins with some paperwork, then a physical examination and any necessary x-rays to learn more about the cause of your pain. Your current condition and your goals are discussed, and together you and the chiropractor set out a plan of action, including the type of treatment, any preparation needed, and when you can expect to see results.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to keep an appointment, the practice asks for at least 24 hours notice so the time can be offered to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
