Peter arrived and displayed nothing but professionalism and knowledge. He was very thorough during the inspection and respectful of my home. This is another positive experience with Orkin for me.

The whole process of getting set up with services was quick and easy! I submitted my request and was contacted shortly after. Trish explained everything thoroughly and got me set up with the initial appointment quickly. Tarus came out and explained what he was using, what it does, signs to look for, and made sure I had the info to contact him if I needed help in between services. No lingering odor after the service and pet friendly! Very happy with the service.

Alex did a great job! We just moved into a new house so I needed it sprayed next day, they obliged. He was here early and I asked him to do a little extra since there were some areas that were out of the ordinary. He did not hesitate. Orkin Pro Tarus is very professional. He worked with my finances and my schedule to provide the services I needed for my house. He is very kind, patient, and understanding. Wasps and ants keep coming back and I am very concerned about the kids and the pets. The kids have multiple allergies and i worry about chemical exposure. He explained, educated and gave me general information about bugs and extermination procedures. He is very punctual and efficient. I am very satisfied with his services and I will continue to use his services for pest control maintenance.

Alex Boer was very pleasant and friendly as usual. Also he is professional, and respectful of our home. Haven’t seen a bug in the house in over 2 year! Me Boer’s knowledge, professionalism, and his people skills are truly OUTSTANDING and the main reason we keep using ORKIN. BTW, Would miss Alex but he is without question, Supervisor or Management material. He represents your company most favorably by his appearance, demeanor, knowledge, concern for customers’ needs. Good day to all, I really appreciate Mr. Tarus Gonzales coming to my home a treating for Pesticides it’s has been a lot better since he has been treating the home.
