Had a really good experience! I have a 2018 BMW X1 that had been leaking engine oil for months and constantly giving me low engine oil warnings. Other places kept topping off the oil but couldn’t find the actual issue.
He came out the same day, inspected the car thoroughly, showed me exactly where the leak was coming from, and explained everything clearly. It turned out to be an issue related to the drain plug/seal from a previous oil change service, not a major engine problem like I originally feared.
He fixed the issue on-site, replaced the necessary part, added oil, and got everything taken care of quickly. Pricing was fair！

Ruben was great! I highly recommend. I called around 8:30 am about my car not being able to start. He had it fixed before lunchtime. He initially recommended it could be the battery.
