Had a stellar experience with Rolando’s. Stop reading this review and just call them. They were responsive, thorough, transparent, and extremely fair on pricing. I had them out to diagnose an issue and they found it within moments. Air Titans (my original HVAC company) wanted $574 to do a leak sniff, Rolando’s did it for free. They then offered me repair rates and a range of replacements that were tremendously competitive. Air Titans wants over $8K for a mid-tier Goodman, Rolando’s beat that with a high-efficiency top tier Daikin for less than that. Their mid-tier offerings were THOUSANDS LESS than the competitor. I am now a forever customer. This is a business that hasn’t lost touch with business ethics and understands the value of building trust with clients. Shout out to their techs Jorge and Mike who did an amazing job steering us through the process!

From beginning to end, Ronaldo’s company was a top-notch A1 experience!! Even setting up appointment with the nice young lady who assisted me with scheduling, to the installation from Ernesto and his helper performing an excellent meticulous job. I had an amazing experience with Ronaldo‘s HVAC company. They traveled from Tampa to Jacksonville on a Saturday morning to assist us and work with us on our schedule. I cannot thank you guys enough for the business and services you provide. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a contractor and the work speaks for itself; brand new everything, and the installation was perfectly installed. Ernesto, our installer, was so polite and so professional. We had a great experience with this company and a great visit. Their work speaks for itself, pictures to come thank you again Ronaldo’s !!! I had heard positive feedback from a local radio personality about Rolando’s services, but I was unaware of their capabilities. They have undoubtedly gained a loyal customer. Jorge Rosquete played a pivotal role in making the entire experience successful. He effectively managed the situation and ensured that the outcome was as favorable as possible. .

Yonny and Tony spent the majority of the day, and then some, repairing and servicing our A/C system. These two young men were polite, professional, and went above and beyond, staying late until our house was once again cooling nicely. The service they delivered was absolutely top notch and they left my home and yard looking as if they were never here. I cannot say enough good things about them and the great price only added to the value of the service we received from these two gentlemen. The work ethic they displayed was truly impressive.

I had a positive and great experience with Rolando’s HVAC. The technician was professional and arrived on time. They were able to get the part as quickly as possible and completed the repair the very next day. He explained the work that was done before leaving, which I appreciated. Overall, great service.

This company was contracted through my rental company and they were amazing. Kind helpful communicative. So many appointment options to help the working individual as well and a tracking link to get exact arrival times. Highly recommended

Jorge was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, kind and very generous with his time. He never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. He saved us from having to spend 2600 dollars of unnecessary repairs that another company was quoting us. I’ve already given Jorge’s contact information to a friend as a reference.

I texted Rolando Sunday night about my ac not working. I endured 80+ degrees in my home. He responded immediately saying he will have a tech out the following day. Jorge came and identified the problem and called me right away to inform me the issue. He needed a piece for the ac. I asked him if it were possible to repair the ac the same day. He said he would do the best he can as he had to go pick the piece up and come back in evening after his other appointments. I don’t know how he did it, but he came back as quickly as he could and repaired my ac. The cost was reasonable and the customer service was top notch!! This is now my HVAC/AC company!
