Is there extended warranty coverage on a Generac generator?
Air Quality Control offers Generac extended limited warranty plans that must be activated within 12 months of start up. The 10 year plan is $985 air cooled and $1285 liquid cooled, the 7 year plan is $765 air cooled and $985 liquid cooled, and the 5 year plan is $599 air cooled and $765 liquid cooled. Plans must be put in force within 365 days following installation, coverage begins on the 91st day following plan subscription, and proper annual maintenance per factory recommendations is required. Payment plans are underwritten by Wells Fargo Consumer Credit and require credit approval.
Can you help with indoor air quality?
Yes. The team diagnoses air quality concerns and offers accessories including air filtration and UV lights. Air purifiers work with your HVAC equipment and cycle air through the system up to eight times per hour, capturing dander, pollen, dust and 95 percent of pathogens as small as .30 microns, while UV lamps target mold and bacteria inside the equipment and have a bulb life expectancy of 9000 hours.
Do you clean and build ductwork?
Yes. Air Quality Control provides duct cleaning to remove contaminant buildup that degrades air quality and equipment performance, and it also handles the design, build and execution of custom duct systems for homes and remodeling projects where a generic layout would not deliver the right airflow.
Do you handle gas lines and water heaters?
Yes. The licensed team installs, maintains and repairs gas line piping for appliances such as stoves, clothes dryers, water heaters, pool heaters, outdoor kitchens and furnaces, completing leak and safety checks and hauling away old equipment. Air Quality Control also handles tankless water heater conversions, new installation, retrofit, upkeep and repair, and is a Rinnai authorized service provider.
