The team handles a wide range of residential and commercial repairs, installations and renovations, including painting, drywall, flooring, electrical fixtures, plumbing repairs, furniture assembly, TV mounting, pressure washing and full kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects, along with recurring building maintenance, punch list services and commercial tenant improvements. The work is carried out by an in-house team rather than subcontractors, and the company holds Florida contractor license CBC1270374, issued by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Construction Industry Licensing Board.
