How do you prepare surfaces before painting?
We evaluate the condition of the surfaces first. On an exterior, preparation means pressure washing, removing any loose paint and applying a good primer as a sealant. Inside, we may strip off older paint or remove wallpaper, fill or repair holes in the drywall, sand any spots that need it and apply a primer coat so the paint adheres properly.
Will my furniture and floors be protected?
Yes. Before any painting begins we make sure the floor, the furniture and anything else in the room is protected. We use drop cloths everywhere we are working, and cleanup at the end of the job is treated as just as important as the painting itself.
