What warranty do you offer?
There are two types of warranties, the one offered by the contractor and the one offered by the manufacturer. The options and types vary depending on the roof being installed, so contact us to go over what applies to your project.
What happens if it rains while you are working on my roof?
We work around the weather by viewing radars, and we carry tarps to cover roofs temporarily. Roofs are left waterproof before the crew leaves.
Do I need to be home while the work is done?
It is typically not necessary. We need access to the property, we bring our own generators, and we stay in communication during the work. We may need to enter the home to protect ceilings from dust and nails.
How do you protect my property during the job?
We haul debris with dump trucks rather than roll off containers to avoid driveway damage, cover pools, protect landscaping, driveways and awnings, remove debris daily, and sweep with magnets for fallen nails.
