Precision Garage Door Service (Jacksonville)

Ron (the technician) was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the issue immediately and repaired the door. I appreciate that he showed me the problem and explained the fix. Big shout out to Reilly the manager. Precision is my go to for my garage repair. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years.

My garage door was not opening and I decided to book with Precision. I was hopeful they’d be able to come day of as it was a Sunday and I wasn’t sure if they were open. They arrived at my house about an hour and a half after making my appointment! I had a really bad experience with a different company and let Josh know this when he arrived. Unfortunately it was determined that the previous company used the incorrect sized parts on my door, but luckily Josh knew which parts to use and got them fixed right away. I could not recommend this company enough!

Drew did a great job, was able to get an appointment same day. Service was friendly and efficient and installed same day.
