What are your office hours?
We are open Monday and Tuesday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Do you accept dental insurance?
Yes. We are a Preferred Provider (PPO) for many dental insurance companies, including Aetna, Ameritas, Cigna, Delta Dental, Florida Combined Life, Guardian, Humana PPO and HMO, MetLife, Principal, Reliance, United Concordia and United HealthCare. Call us to find out whether we are a provider for your insurance.
What payment and financing options do you offer?
We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards, and we work with CareCredit as well as Lending Club, which can be completed in the office. We discuss all cost and payment options with you before treatment starts.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first appointment includes a thorough exam and time for us to gather any information our dentist needs in order to provide care specific to your oral health. We understand that all patients are different and require individualized care.
What cosmetic dentistry do you offer?
Our cosmetic services include custom veneers, dental implants and bridges for tooth replacement, dental crowns to restore strength to damaged teeth, professional teeth whitening and dental bonding for minor corrections.
Who will be treating me?
Dr. Dalinda Canela-Pichardo, DDS leads the practice and is joined by Dr. Paola C. Ossa Gomez, Dr. Carlos Escobar and Dr. George Gounakis, along with our hygiene and patient coordination team.
Do you offer anything besides dental care?
Yes. Our health and wellness side offers Exion RF microneedling, Emface skin tightening, Emsculpt NEO for fat removal and muscle toning, and Emsella. Emface lifts, tones and tightens the face without surgery or downtime.
