Hercules White Glove Delivery is a family-owned white glove moving and receiving company that has operated from E 11th Ave in Hialeah since 1984, when it started with one man, one truck, and a commitment to excellence on every delivery. Today it runs a team of over 30 professionals, including drivers, helpers, warehouse managers and office managers, alongside a fleet of trucks and vans. The work is built around South Florida's interior designers, architects, dealers, galleries and private clients: furniture, lighting, artwork and specialty pieces arrive in phases from dozens of vendors, are checked against the manifest and photographed before anything is opened, are numbered onto a live project record, and are held in secure storage until the install date. On the day, the same crew delivers, unwraps, places each piece to the designer's plan and hauls the packing away. Hercules also handles home, showroom and office moves, third-party dock pickups, and a monthly East Coast freight shuttle that runs in both directions between South Florida and Boston, with stops from Manhattan down to Atlanta on one truck and one crew.

Why choose us?

Family-owned since 1984

Hercules began in 1984 with one man and a truck, and it has been a family-owned and operated business for nearly four decades, now running a team of over 30 professionals.

Photographed before it is opened

Every shipment is checked against the manifest and photographed before anyone opens it, so the arrival condition is on the record the moment a piece comes off the truck.

A live inventory for every project

Each piece gets a Hercules item number and condition photos that feed one record per project, so you can see what has landed, what is in transit, and where each piece sits without a phone call.

Storage that absorbs a shifting schedule

Short-term or long-term storage across multiple warehouses, with pieces stored by project and never co-mingled. Established clients get their first 30 days of storage free of charge.

One crew from the dock to the room

The same in-house crew receives, transports and installs. On install day they unwrap each piece, place it to your plan, and remove the packing materials.

A monthly shuttle up the East Coast

Hercules runs its own truck and crew between South Florida and Boston every month in both directions, so furniture stays on one truck instead of transferring between freight lines.

FAQs

What does white glove delivery include?
Freight arrives at the South Florida warehouse and is checked against the manifest before anything is opened. Every piece is numbered and photographed onto your project record, then held in secure storage until the install date. On the day, the Hercules crew delivers it, unwraps it, places each piece to your plan and takes the packaging away. Quilt wrap services, including set-up and trash removal, are part of the standard delivery.
How does receiving and inspection work?
Hercules aims to open and inspect all received items within 48 to 72 hours, operating Monday to Friday excluding holidays. After inspection you receive a notification along with an itemized inventory of the merchandise. A minimum inspection fee of $15 per piece applies, and prices may vary depending on the size and weight of the items, for example crated goods.
How long can you store my project's pieces?
Storage is available short-term between phases or long-term across a full build. Established clients enjoy their first 30 days of storage free of charge. All subsequent storage fees are due at the start of each month and require full payment, and long-term storage clients must have a valid, authorized credit card on file.
Do you deliver outside South Florida?
Yes. Hercules runs a monthly East Coast freight shuttle in both directions between South Florida and Boston, picking up and delivering at residences, showrooms, workrooms, vendors and freight docks. Stops run from Manhattan down to Atlanta along with the major cities in between, and the company also lists white glove delivery to Boston, New York, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and states along the eastern seaboard.
Do you handle regular home and office moves?
Yes. Alongside designer projects, the same trained crew handles home, showroom and office relocations, specializing in the transportation of fine furniture, artwork and decor. The team packs, loads and transports each item, and the company lists final mile solutions and supplemental insurance options as part of its moving services.
What are your receiving hours?
Receiving runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm, and Friday from 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 3:00pm. The warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday, on all federal holidays, on Black Friday, and from Christmas Eve through New Year's weekend. Deliveries are conducted Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm EST, and requests for deliveries or pickups outside those hours incur additional fees at one-and-a-half times the standard delivery cost.
What happens if a piece arrives damaged?
If damage is found during inspection, Hercules documents it and initiates a claim by notifying the client, providing pictures and documents to the designer or showroom involved, with the client responsible for follow-ups and finalizing the claim. Damages found at delivery must be noted on the delivery ticket and signed off before the crew leaves the premises. Each case is then reviewed to determine the source of the issue.
How do I get a price for my project?
Send a quote request through the website or call the office. Hercules strictly honors written quotes, and it notes that verbal estimates are only approximate and may not be binding. Delivery fees are based on ground floor installations with a two-man crew, and additional charges apply for furniture requiring upstairs delivery depending on the number of flights.
