Excellent experience with Big AC! They did a thorough job cleaning our AC ducts, and the difference was noticeable right away. A special thank you to Samuel, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. His positive attitude, great communication, and charisma truly stood out. I highly recommend Big AC, and if you have the chance to work with Samuel, you’re in excellent hands!

Thank you so much for the cleaning! The air ducts are super clean, they showed me before & after pictures for every duct individually, they even sanitized the whole duct system inside. Roy was super professional throughout the process. Super recommend!!! Will use again for any HVAC service in the future.

BIG TIME AIR. Surpassed all our expectations. our unit stopped working just B4 the Thanksgiving holiday and even with a full schedule they made time to Service and Repair the system and also Cleaned all ducts in just a short time. The Company Owner personally took charge of our request. The work areas were cleaner after they got done than before they came in The sanitizing and fresh scent was Like Abercrombie stuff. Amazing This was the top of the line equipment that could never damage the ducts and documented before and after pictures of each duct. The prices...? Amazing. CALL BEFORE THE SPECIALS END. Discounts are HUGE.!
