Keith Schultz started the company as Schultz Refrigeration & Air Conditioning in 1992, outgrew the family garage and moved into the Pine Island Road office in 1999, and in 2016 his son Adam took over ownership and the business became Schultz Air Conditioning. The team services air conditioning systems with honest, dependable and quality workmanship, covering AC replacement and installation, repairs, and maintenance, plus duct disinfecting, indoor air quality products, and Wi-Fi thermostats and zoning. Adam is certified in the new variable drive comfort systems and is able to service all A/C units, and Aaron Schultz, known as The Duct Guy, leads service and installation work. Schultz Air Conditioning has been an American Standard Customer Care Dealer since 2015, offers a free estimate on air conditioning replacements, and runs a planned maintenance agreement at $250 for twice a year maintenance on one unit. Financing is available through Synchrony, and the company accepts cash, personal and company checks, and credit cards.
