Precision Garage Door Service is phenomenal!! From the point of calling their office to set up the schedule is so easy, Britney was so helpful and very accommodating. Travon, (the technician) was very knowledgeable, and he kept us informed of every step of the way, made suggestions what is best! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! We will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to all of our friends and family!

I had 2 custom sized garage door panels that needed to be replaced after being hit with a truck. From the estimate, ordering, scheduling, and installation Precision Garage Doors was very communicative and professional. Grant the installer arrived on time, completed the repairs quickly, and even went above and beyond by fixing a piece that he noticed could be fixed free of charge. The cherry on top is he left me with a spray bottle of garage door lube for me to use over the years to keep my doors running smooth. As a small business owner myself, I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

We had a great experience with Precision. The communication concerning the appointment times was timely, through text messages. Lewis our installer was easy to talk to and professional in his demeanor. Unfortunately, we needed a new motor. He had the parts in his van and was able to install expertly and on time. He programmed the new keypad and remotes and even offered to program the car! I would highly recommend using Precision and Lewis.

Precision was absolutely incredible. They responded immediately to our call for service and were absolutely great and identifying the problem and taking care of it. Our service technician John was a 10 out of 10 he was very polite and courteous and so nice and helpful. I felt so comfortable with him being here and taking care of everything for us. Technician arrivedwithin scheduled time frame. He was courteous, informative & answered all of my questions. He quickly diagnosed the problem & recommended corrective action for repair. He started the repair immediately & finished the job quickly. I appreciate that they had a technician this morning & the repair completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Precision & will call them again as needed.

We were able to get a same day appointment. Matt was great! We knew we needed a new garage door. He gave us a very fair estimate and said it might take a few weeks to get the door in due to it being a special order. He called us to advise they actually had the door in stock. We were able to get the old door completely replaced along with the motor in the same week. The tech who installed the door was super fast and explained everything about the new door and opener to me, including how to maintain it. I would definitely use Precision again!

The initial call was pleasantly surprised. No answering service to press one or something and actual person answered professionally and within minutes had set an appointment for that afternoon. The Tech arrived within the window as scheduled was very professional and quickly gave me options to repair what I had or upgrade to better set up. I chose to take the upgrade and when I told him that would not be available for 2 days for him to get materials he told me he has everything needed on his truck and can be done today. In about 2 hours. This was fantastic quality same day service. This doesn't happen much today. Great company great Technician. Keep up the great work.
