The team handles standard maintenance cleanings, deep cleans, and move in and move out cleanings, plus one time cleanings for open houses. Extras such as inside the oven, inside the fridge, and inside windows can be added at small cost. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Five Stars House Cleaning is a licensed and insured cleaning service registered by the State of Florida. A team of 2 or 3 cleaners is sent to each job, and they arrive wearing the company uniform for visual identification.
What kinds of cleaning do you offer?
The company offers standard maintenance cleanings, deep cleans that cover showers, behind toilets, under furniture, ceiling fans and baseboards, and move in and move out cleanings. One time cleanings for open houses are also available, and those should be booked in advance.
What happens if I am not happy with the cleaning?
The company offers a 24-Hour Guarantee. Contact the office at (772) 521-3374 within 24 hours and a time will be scheduled to come re-clean the area you were not satisfied with. No refunds are issued after a cleaning service is completed, which is why the re-clean option exists.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. The team brings the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home. You are only asked to leave out a paper towel roll and a couple of kitchen size trash bags. If you prefer a specific cleaner used in your home, let the office know when you book and leave it out in plain sight.
How do arrival windows work?
Arrival windows are 2 hour blocks. If you select the 8AM to 10AM window, the cleaners will arrive sometime between 8AM and 10AM. If the team is running behind or ahead of schedule for any reason, someone will contact you to make sure the new time is still convenient.
How often can I schedule a cleaning?
Standard cleanings are scheduled on a recurring basis after the initial deep cleaning. You can choose weekly, every other week, or monthly, which is every 4 weeks, and let the office know whether you prefer mornings or afternoons between 8AM and 6PM.
Can I add extra services to my cleaning?
Yes. Extra services are available at small cost, including inside the oven, inside the fridge, empty cabinets, safely reachable inside windows, tops of kitchen cabinets, patio, and garage. Patios, porches, decks, and garages need a prior evaluation. Text 772-521-3374 in advance to add anything to your routine.
How do I pay, and what if I need to reschedule?
Payments are due on the cleaning day, and Zelle, cash, and check payable to Five Stars House Cleaning, LLC are accepted. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice. Failure to give advance notice results in a $60 to $90 rescheduling fee depending on the number of cleaners assigned to your house.
