Had to install p-trap after what it looks like poor plumbing work from original construction of my apartment. Initial paperwork process (required by my association) took longer than expected. Work was completed quickly after that. Adam’s crew were able to work around a tight space as well. Would recommend.

Fairconn Plumbing & Heating came to my apartment on 03/17/2026 to fix a water leak in my bathroom. The Plumber who did the job was very professional and well prepared. He put in new parts to replace the old ones and fixed the leak. He also replaced the toilet flapper valve. His work was very clean and did not make any mess at all. I recommend Fairconn Plumbing & Heating to anyone looking for a professionally competent plumber.

Vlad from FairConn was responsive, patience and knew exactly how to help us. Our pipes froze and we had no running water at our home. Hi highly recommend FAIRCONN plumbing. They came highly recommended. My waterline was frozen and I wasn’t getting any cold water. They resolved my issue right away, and to my surprise, Adam actually called me the next day to follow up to make sure everything was ok.
