Otto and crew did a great job cleaning two floors of carpet in our home together with two sets of stairs. Despite our regular vacuuming there still was a significant buildup of ground in dirt and dog hair in both areas since the last cleaning three yrs ago. Painters were also working in the house on another floor which made this job and access to the work area even more challenging. Great job for a fair price, thanks Otto !

Otto and his colleagues are wonderful. Not only do they do an excellent job cleaning carpets, but they are responsive, kind, and aim to please. We had a massive dog stain on a new rug, and Otto worked his magic and it's gone. Can't say enough good things- Royal Carpet gets an A+.

I recently use Royal carpet service at my home, I moved to a house with carpet and within a month I had to look up for a carpet cleaner service! Prices are so high everywhere but I was lucky to find them.. affordable prices and quality doesn't go together mostly of the time but with this company I can assure you can get that! My wife loves their service and will continue using them.

Otto and his assistant did an exceptional job on our sofas and upholstered chairs — which had never been cleaned in 30 years! Now they look as new as when they were first custom made and smell as fresh too! They were also respectful of our home and very pleasant to work with.

Royal Carpet did an awesome job cleaning my couch. It was covered in dog hair and it looks brand new. They deodorized and deep cleaned it. It was very affordable and they fit me in to their schedule the same day. Would definitely use them again!

I bought a used couch that had a bit of an odor and some pilling. Royal Carpet came to the rescue. The prices were fair, the cleaners were so friendly, I was able to get an appt the next day, and it didn’t even take a long time. Looks like a new couch
