Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Elite Pest Defense does not require contracts from its customers, and the exterminators do not push unnecessary services or yearly agreements.
What pest control plans do you offer?
There are three plans. One-time Pest Control Services covers a single initial treatment and carries a 30 day warranty, with cockroaches and rodents excluded. Monthly Pest Control Services provides a thorough assessment and treatment each month and suits apartment complexes and rental properties. Quarterly Pest Control Services means a visit every three months with a full inspection and exterior treatment.
Can you get rid of bed bugs?
Yes. Elite Pest Defense has teamed up with Thermal Clean LLC on bed bug work. Heaters bring the space to between 135 and 140 degrees to kill bed bugs and eggs, and a residual pesticide application follows. Preventative treatments are also available.
Do you handle rats and other rodents?
Yes. Most technicians have years of rodent control experience, and rodent proofing services are available. Trapping and exclusion are the recommended first steps for most rodent problems.
How quickly can you respond to a pest problem?
Summer months are busy and regular maintenance customers get top priority, but even in peak months help can usually be on the way within a day or two, and sooner for emergencies.
How do I pay for my treatment?
Commercial properties are invoiced with payment required within 30 days. Company check, money order, cashier's check and credit or debit card are accepted.
