Positive Painting Pros is a house painting company based at 14 Garden Center #8 in Broomfield, CO, serving homeowners across the northwest Denver and Boulder area including Westminster. Founder Dusty Reid started the company after 25 years in corporate leadership, including 17 years managing large-scale events at Google, and he brought that project management background into a trade where clear communication is often the weak point. The work centers on three core areas: interior house painting, where the crew protects floors and furniture and refreshes walls and ceilings with crisp, clean lines; exterior house painting, where high-durability coatings and a detailed prep process shield siding from strong Colorado UV, snow, and freeze thaw cycles; and cabinet painting, which delivers a smooth, factory-style finish as a cost-effective alternative to a full kitchen remodel. Staining for trim, fascia, fences, and decks rounds out the list, along with detailed trim, door, and window work. Preparation is treated as its own stage and includes cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, and surface review before any finish coat goes on. The company commonly uses Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore paints on residential projects and backs completed work with a 3-year written workmanship warranty. Its four-step process runs from a free quote, through color selection and scheduling, to prep and paint, and closes with a joint final walkthrough before the crew packs up. Positive Painting Pros is fully insured, provides free estimates for all of its services, offers color consultations based on the lighting and architecture of your home, and can start the estimate virtually when that is more convenient before visiting to take measurements. The site also notes the company works with general contractors and HOAs on recurring projects. Estimates are requested by calling (720) 788-2442, emailing dusty@positivepaintingpros.com, or using the contact form, and the posted hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day of the week.
