Four packages. Essential starts at $41 / month, Epic at $57 / month, Organic at $72 / month, and Luxe at $103 / Month. Every package includes spring core aeration and fall core aeration plus a season of feedings, and Luxe adds three lawn weed treatments and fall over-seeding.
Why do you use granular fertilizer instead of liquid?
Epic Lawn Pro says granular is more expensive and more time consuming but works better. There is a long list of minerals in each grain that is slowly and consistently released into the soil, and you do not have to stay off the lawn or wait for it to dry before enjoying the yard again.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes. The company lists prices for every service it offers, for three main yard sizes, rather than leaving them off the website. If you need to know the size of your yard, the team will measure it for you with Google Earth Pro.
What is included in weekly mowing?
The lawn is cut with a smaller mower on weekly sharpened blades in a professional diagonal pattern where possible, with the mowing direction changed each week. Clippings are collected and hauled away, the whole lawn is string trimmed, hardscapes and concrete are blown clean, and metal edging is installed once a year and then maintained with a trimmer so the concrete is not damaged.
Can I buy weed spray on its own?
No. Weed spray is restricted to mowing or fertilizer customers, and it is sold only in packages so the product and service stay consistent. The Lawn Weed Spray Package starts at $28 / month and the Rock and Mulch Bed Weed Spray Package starts at $33 / month.
Do you offer snow removal?
Yes. Residential snow removal runs on a 2-inch trigger: once 2 inches gather, the team comes out to remove it, day or night, clearing from your door to the street. You are assigned your own Epic snow remover. The service is offered to a limited number of people in a limited service area, and an upfront fee covers the first few storms. Commercial snow removal is offered as well.
Do you pick up pet waste?
Yes. Epic Lawn Pro offers full-service, year-round pet scoop, priced per week for weekly pick up based on the number of dogs. Because the crew is already at your property, the invoice is simply added to your other Epic services.
What are your hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed Saturday and Sunday.
