Dr. Vik grew up in Pueblo, graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Languages, then earned a bachelor's degree in Human Biology in Chicago and graduated from chiropractic school there. He practiced for five years in Harlingen, in the Rio Grande Valley of south Texas, before returning to the Pueblo area in 1997 to be closer to family and serve the surrounding community. His approach, which he calls gravitational postural alignment, is to determine and correct the causes of structural misalignment in the spine, known as subluxation, rather than treating the symptom alone. The office points to more than 20 years of treating thousands of patients and works with each patient to design a specific corrective approach for their lifestyle and ailments instead of settling for temporary relief. What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit includes an in depth consultation with the doctor about what is concerning you, a thorough chiropractic, neurological and orthopedic examination to help locate the cause of the problem, and full spine x-rays as indicated. If it is determined that chiropractic care is appropriate for your condition, you will then receive or be scheduled for your first treatment.
What does care cost?

Will every patient receive the same type of treatment?

Do you treat children?
