How do you handle project payments?
Payments are structured around key milestones. An initial deposit secures your project on our schedule, followed by progress payments outlined in our improvement contract, with final payment due upon project completion. We provide detailed project cost breakdowns at the start so budget expectations are clear.
What are your rates?
Our contractor rates are $105.00 an hour per service person, including one way drive time. We charge for time from our shop until we leave your home, plus additional time if shop time is required. All jobs are subject to a 2-hour minimum charge, and locations beyond 15 miles from our shop may be charged extra drive time.
Can you work within my budget?
Yes. We provide a quote based on the initial assessment of your project and can offer various options to align with different financial plans. We aim to find solutions that meet both your financial and aesthetic goals without compromising quality.
Can NOCO Repair handle electrical and plumbing work?
We do minor electrical and plumbing. Our team can manage simple electrical wiring in new construction projects and plumbing repairs in residential properties and apartment buildings, with safety, compliance, and functionality as priorities.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through our financing partner Wisetack. Financing is available for qualifying remodeling, repair, and home improvement projects, with rates from 0% APR, no hidden fees, and eligibility checks that do not affect your credit score. All financing is subject to credit approval and terms may vary.
