Brake repair and service
Brake repair and service covering inspection of the drums, pads, rotors, shoes and linings, with a clear and honest evaluation of the current condition of the brake system. Work ranges from simple brake pad changes through to ABS repairs, and the team addresses symptoms such as an odd feeling in the pedal, a pulsing sensation, grinding or squeaking sounds, or visible brake dust.
Brake fluid service
Evaluation of the current state of the brake fluid and, if needed, a flush of the old fluid and replacement with new fluid.
Check engine light diagnostics
Diagnostics for an illuminated check engine light using the latest diagnostic tools to read and interpret trouble codes, followed by a thorough inspection to pinpoint the source. Common causes addressed include bad gas caps, faulty sensors, spark plug or ignition coil problems and emissions system issues, through to larger concerns such as catalytic converter or transmission problems.
Preventative maintenance
Preventative maintenance tailored to the specific vehicle and its manufacturer recommendations, including a multi point inspection covering the engine and engine oil, tires, brakes and more. The shop presents it as a way to extend vehicle life, improve fuel efficiency, reduce the risk of unexpected breakdowns and prevent costly repairs.
Vehicle inspection
Full vehicle inspections spanning the engine and transmission through to the brakes and suspension, aimed at identifying potential issues before they escalate into major problems. The team communicates clearly about the inspection process and the findings.
