Are estimates really free?
Yes. We never charge a fee to provide an estimate for your painting project. Call (720) 448-9269 or schedule a free estimate through our website and we will come out, look at the work, and put together a quote.
What kind of paint do you use?
We are proud to work with Sherwin-Williams and offer their entire line of residential and commercial paints to our customers. We believe Sherwin-Williams makes some of the best products in the industry.
Do you offer a warranty?
We certainly do. Our warranties run 5 years with Super Paint, 7 years with Latitude, 10 years with Duration, and up to 12 years with Emerald. The warranty covers peeling, blistering or chipping that results from defective workmanship, and during your free estimate we can go over which warranty applies to your project.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. We are fully insured with a liability policy that covers $1,000,000 in damages per occurrence, so you can rest easy while our crew is working on your property.
How long have you been in business?
LoCOl Paint has been painting in Colorado since January 2019. We opened our doors that year with the goal to be Colorado Springs' leading residential and commercial painting option, and our Littleton team now brings those same standards to homes and businesses across the Denver metro area.
What painting services do you offer?

Do you offer financing?
Yes. Our Paint Now Pay Later program gives you 0% interest for 9 months on a same as cash basis, with no payments during those 9 months and a single 5% admin fee on the project total. Financing is provided through a partner and is subject to credit approval.
