Many members of the Maloy family are staff members of the practice. What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
What happens if I have a dental emergency?

What do new patients get on a first visit?
New patients are welcomed with a complimentary oral health consultation. You can also complete your new patient forms online before you arrive.
Do you take dental insurance?
Yes. We take all indemnity plans and work with a long list of carriers including Aetna PPO, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna PPO, Delta PPO, DPO and EPO, Guardian, Humana PPO, Metlife PDP, Principal PPO, United Concordia and United Healthcare PPO. CareCredit is also accepted.
How can I pay for treatment?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. An online bill pay option is available on our website.
