What does a deep clean include?
The deep clean covers just about everything. Bathrooms include shower, tub, tile, grout, toilet, mirror, sinks, counters, light fixtures, flooring, baseboards, windowsills, and blind dusting. Bedrooms and general areas include dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, banisters, light fixtures, and vacuuming of couches, dog beds, and other soft surfaces. The kitchen covers the stove and range, inside and outside of the microwave, shining the outside of all appliances, counters, cabinet door wipe down, and floors. All doors and light switches throughout the house are wiped down.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a recurring clean?
The recurring clean rotates certain tasks to keep that deep clean feel going. Baseboards, blind dusting, window sills, and the wipe down of all doors and light switches are rotated every other cleaning. After a deep clean, you can move on to the lower recurring price and keep everything on rotation.
Do you offer move in and move out cleaning?
Yes. Published prices are estimates only and are subject to change. A deep clean runs $150 to $180 for a 1 bedroom with 1 to 1.5 baths and $320 to $390 for a 4 bedroom with 4.5 baths. Recurring cleans run $95 to $120 for a 1 bedroom with 1 to 1.5 baths and $175 to $210 for a 4 bedroom with 4.5 baths. Move out cleans run $250 to $290 for a 1 bedroom with 1 to 1.5 baths and $450 to $550 for a 4 bedroom with 4.5 baths.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Pristine Colorado provides everything, including all equipment and supplies, so you do not need to leave anything out for the crew.
Can you clean around my pets?
Yes. The team is pet friendly and will work around your furry friends. Dog beds, couches, and other soft surfaces are vacuumed as part of the general area cleaning.
