Muck'Suck Pure Carpet Cleaning & Restoration is a Colorado based, locally owned and family operated floor care company in Littleton. Owner and operator Toby Rice is IICRC certified and brings a working knowledge of cleaning science, chemistry, methods, and water filtration to every job. The company rebranded under the Muck'Suck Pure name in July 2017 and covers carpet and area rug cleaning, upholstery and leather, tile, stone and grout, hardwood cleaning and refinishing, cement and masonry, and odor control for pet accidents, smoke, and other sources, along with restoration work. The Pure in the name refers to the water: impurities are removed before cleaning starts, so surfaces rinse to their fullest potential. Every van is staffed by a certified IICRC technician and an assistant working as a two man crew, and the pre-sprays and solutions carry a green seal and are approved by the EPA to protect indoor air quality. Carpet work runs through a seven stage process that starts with a walk-through of the home with the customer and ends with grooming, maintenance advice, and booties. Commercial clients can set up a Custom Asset Servicing Program or an Interim Carpet Cleaning Program to extend the life of high traffic flooring. Work is backed by a 200% service guarantee and the Keep It Clean Guarantee, and customers are left with a complimentary refillable spot removal solution.

Carpet cleaning
Hot water extraction, bonnet and shampoo, and dry compound cleaning for all carpet fiber types, including wool, with stain removal for oil, blood, rust, and wine.
Area rug cleaning
All rug fiber types are serviced. Most hand woven rugs are cleaned at the Muck'Suck rug cleaning facility.
Pet odor and urine removal
Odor Control Certified pet stain identification, removal, deodorizing, and prevention, including urine removal from deep down. This is outside standard cleaning and has to be quoted on site.
Upholstery and leather cleaning
All upholstery and leather types and fibers, including wool, with hot water extraction on upholstery and a select solution for leather, plus stain removal and optional scenting.
Tile, stone and grout cleaning
High pressure and standard rotary scrubbing on all tile and stone surfaces, plus mold stain identification and removal, tile grout repair, re-tiling, and grout sealing.

How does Muck'Suck clean carpet?
The main method is hot water extraction with truck mounted units, which is the most effective option and protects carpet manufacturer warranties. Bonnet and shampoo cleaning and dry cleaning with a dry compound are also available. Using the wrong technique may void warranties from manufacturers such as Beaulieu, Dixie Home, Dupont Stain Master, Mohawk, and Shaw.
What happens during a carpet cleaning visit?
The visit runs through seven stages. The technicians walk through the home with you to assess the carpet and confirm the order, set up protective equipment such as hose stakes, walk-off mats, a door guard, corner guards, and moving blankets, apply stain removers and pre-spray, agitate with a counter rotating brush machine, run hot water extraction, optionally re-apply protector, groom the carpet, then confirm you are satisfied, suggest maintenance, hand over booties, and collect payment.
Can you get pet urine and odor out of carpet?
Yes. Muck'Suck is Odor Control Certified and can remove urine from deep down rather than just cleaning the surface. Pet stain identification, removal, deodorizing, and prevention are all offered. This work sits outside standard cleaning and has to be quoted on site.
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
It is always best to pre-vacuum all areas being serviced. On carpet cleaning jobs, if you would rather the crew handle it, pre-vacuuming is available for a one time fee of $25. On hardwood, tile and stone, and upholstery jobs the crew pre-vacuums the area being serviced as part of the process. A full inspection of your own vacuum is free, including cleaning and inspecting belts, hoses, filters, and debris canisters.
What surfaces besides carpet do you clean?
Muck'Suck also cleans area rugs including wool and hand woven pieces, upholstery and leather, tile, stone and grout, hardwood floors, and cement and masonry. Related work includes grout sealing, tile grout repair, re-tiling, hardwood clear coating, and hot water pressure washing.
Are the cleaning products safe for kids and pets?
The pre-spray is ultra safe, odorless, VOC free, hypoallergenic, and earth friendly. Every product used carries a green seal and is approved by the EPA to protect indoor air quality, and the commercial carpet protector products are safe for people, pets, and the environment.
Do you work with businesses as well as homes?
Yes. The Custom Asset Servicing Program covers ongoing flooring maintenance for a facility, and the Interim Carpet Cleaning Program targets high traffic areas to extend flooring life and reduce how often a full deep cleaning or restoration is needed. Requests for quotes are handled on-site or off-site. Every facility still needs regular deep cleaning.
