Will I always get the same crew?
For recurring cleanings Mountain Meadow Maids provides the same crew the vast majority of the time to keep your cleanings consistent. That may not be possible on a given visit because of vacation, illness, or an emergency.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No. Unless you request otherwise, all equipment and supplies are included, including green cleaning. All vacuums are HEPA filtered to prevent cross-contamination from house to house.
What is the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
Deep cleans are generally needed for homes that have not had a complete cleaning recently. They take more time and are usually used to prepare a home for regular cleanings. A one time deep clean covers floors, countertops, appliances, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, windows, and mirrors.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
The crew mops, vacuums, or sweeps all floors, cleans kitchen countertops and cabinets, vacuums and dusts furniture and electronics, disinfects all bathroom surfaces, wipes down the washer and dryer, removes cobwebs, dusts blinds, sweeps and cleans the entryway, wipes down baseboards and fixtures, uses a 15 ft extension for high areas, makes the bed when linens are provided, cleans vents, empties trash cans, and cleans the microwave.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Mountain Meadow Maids treats your home like its own. If an item is damaged, the company will replace or repair it at no cost to you.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
A 48-hour notice is requested if an appointment needs to be changed or canceled. There is a $60 cancellation fee for canceling within 1 business day. You will also get a reminder email 2 days ahead and a text the day before.
What time will the crew arrive?
The first home of the day gets an 8:00 AM arrival. The second home has a windowed arrival between 10:00 AM and 3:30 PM. You do not need to be home during the cleaning, and most clients schedule their appointments during the workday.
