Do you charge for estimates?
No. Sewer Lines Only provides free estimates so you get an accurate price for the repair, and we are also happy to provide free second opinions. Call (720) 580-3807 to schedule one.
How long does a sewer line job take?
It depends on the scope of work. A spot repair may take a couple of hours, a full line replacement takes the better part of a day, and a very complicated job may take two days. Most jobs are completed the same day, with a second day sometimes reserved for asphalt, concrete, and general clean-up.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Secretary of State and licensed in every municipality in and around Denver Metro. We are also insured and bonded, carrying general liability insurance, workman's compensation insurance, and vehicle insurance.
What warranty comes with your work?
All of our work comes with a 5-year transferable warranty, so the coverage carries over if you sell the property.
Do you pull permits and call 811?
Yes. We will always pull applicable permits and set inspections, and once your job is scheduled we take care of calling 811 to mark any underground utilities.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. We work with Hearth Financial, which offers monthly payment options based on your income, credit score, amount borrowed, and repayment terms. Pre-qualification takes about 60 seconds and does not affect your credit score. If you are selling your home, we can also arrange to be paid out of closing.

What materials do you use for sewer line repairs?
We use materials that meet or exceed industry standards. For sewer lines we use Schedule 40 or SDR35 PVC depending on the requirement in the municipality, and lines that are pipe burst use HDPE. Junction points are often vulnerable, so we use Strongback Ferncos.
